NEW SITE

This is the new Noize:Tek site. More to come in the following weeks, but in the meantime, enjoy.

For those not in the know, discogs.com lists Noize:Tek as:
"Based in Manchester, UK, Noizetek Recordings rose from the ashes of the now defunct Aural Addiction record label. Aural Addiction's one and only release was the first 12” appearance of the now infamous Henry Collins (Shitmat, General Smatbwoy, Kyler) head of the Wrong Music record label. Reaching critical acclaim, including having two tracks played back to back by the late, great John Peel on his Radio One show, Aural Addiction discontinued after a string of local and national club nights. Noizetek was founded by label boss Todd Robinson in 2006 to resurrect what he started with Aural Addiction. Catering for the more extreme and experimental end of the electronic spectrum, Todd wished to create a platform for artists on which they were encouraged to experiment and push their sounds that little bit further instead of bowing down to constraints and consumer needs. Noizetek do not wish to be pigeon holed with any particular genre of music, the only requirement for release’s is that they are in some way challenging, original, experimental and / or play around with the idea of “extremity”.
Bringing on board John Pooley (Vinyl Vandal, VBR) Noizetek is going from strength to strength and they are constantly pushing the boundaries that little bit further."
